At Euroports Group, we are looking for a L&D Assistant to support our training programs, coordinate learning activities and assist the L&D Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient coordination of L&D activities, while working closely with HR teams and other stakeholders across different countries.

Our Group HR team consists of a CHRO, an L&D Manager, a Business Analyst, a Talent Acquisition Partner, a Legal & Operations Manager, and an HR Business Partner. Together, we work to create an engaging, people-centric workplace.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities

As an L&D Assistant, you will support the coordination and implementation of learning and development initiatives across Euroports. You will report to the L&D Manager and collaborate with HR Managers across different countries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee Learning Management System (LMS): Managing learning paths, tracking training data, and acting as the key user for our new LMS (to be launched in the near future), ensuring its effective adoption.
  • Training Coordination: Organizing and overseeing L&D programs, including the Euroports Leadership Program (ELP) and HR meetings, to support employee growth and development.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with HR teams across different countries to align group-wide L&D initiatives, and liaising with external training providers and venues to facilitate high-quality learning experiences.
  • L&D Project Management: Supporting the implementation of L&D strategies, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Customized Learning Programs: Developing tailored training solutions based on business needs and employee development objectives.
  • Career Development & Performance Support: Assisting in career growth initiatives and performance evaluation processes to enhance employee engagement and progression.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Staying updated on the latest L&D trends and best practices to introduce fresh ideas and innovative learning solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Whether You're a Recent Graduate Ready To Kickstart Your Career Or a Professional Looking For a New Challenge, We Are Seeking a Well-organized And Detail-oriented Colleague With a Passion For Learning And Development. The Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • Education & Experience: You have a strong interest in Learning & Development, training coordination and employee growth. A background in HR, L&D or project management is a plus, but not required.
  • Practical Mindset & Autonomy: You have strong common sense and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You can work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions while knowing when to seek input.
  • Organizational & Planning Skills: You are structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with data, tracking training records, and using LMS systems – or are eager to learn). Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in working with numbers are a plus.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You are a strong communicator, enjoy working with different stakeholders across the organization. You build relationships easily and ensure smooth coordination of learning initiatives.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing operational and strategic priorities while staying focused on results.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French are a plus.
