  • The Project Manager (PM) shall carry out feasibility studies of the project initial by client.
  • Consolidate and prepare specifications, requirements, drawings and estimated procurement value in accordance to client’s procurement policy.
  • Preparation of quotation and invitation for quote/ tender etc.
  • Prepare and provide information for any clarification and arrange for site show round and briefing to interested tenderers/bidders.
  • Conduct tender clarifications for the tender price and proposal submitted.
  • Submit preliminary evaluation report in accordance to client’s approved template.
  • Able to chair project kick-off meetings, progress meeting and all other project related meetings with clients, consultants, and other parties.
  • Provide leadership and direction on all project operations and activities such as the design, plan, schedule, scope and budget
  • Manage and ensure completion of assigned upgrading / Additional & Alteration (A&A) works in accordance to the client’s expectation within the timeline and budget
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Liaise closely with sub-contractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth execution of project.
  • Ensure vendors and contractors' work performances comply with ENGIE’s quality and safety standards and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure proper handover and update of inventories and drawings.
  • Assist to execute sourcing and administration of contracted services, where required.
  • Liaise closely with the operations team and provide technical support to ensure the smooth transition of the defects liability period and maintenance.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering; or equivalent.
  • Candidate who possesses certification in project management (PM) and food industry work experience will be added advantage.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building / facilities maintenance with proven track record.
  • Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work at a fast pace and communicate with people at all levels.
  • Possess good practical knowledge in building maintenance with initiative and good analytical skills.
  • Good teamwork, interpersonal qualities, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
