About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Software Engineer to join one of our clients in the healthcare space. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping their healthcare application suite, building innovative software solutions that drive better outcomes. You'll work with a modern tech stack, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using TypeScript, GoLang, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to define project requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development.
• Estimate and plan solution development, including technical discovery, architecture design, and refinement.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor other engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software development experience in building and maintaining web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in GoLang, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP is a plus).
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Proven ability to lead software projects/features and drive technical excellence.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills—able to work effectively across teams.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
