Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team in Donegal. The ideal candidate will excel in conceptualizing innovative designs, managing and evolving our brand identity, and creating compelling collateral across various platforms. This candidate will also support an international team across Europe and North America, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual content for global markets. Proficiency in content creation is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Ideation: Develop and brainstorm creative concepts that align with Ride Today's mission and resonate with our target audience.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all mediums and materials.
• Collateral Creation: Design a wide range of materials, including digital assets, print brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website visuals.
• Content Creation (Preferred): Produce engaging content, such as short videos, animations, infographics, and social posts to support marketing and communication efforts.
• International Team Support: Collaborate with teams across Europe and North America to deliver cohesive and impactful visual solutions tailored to diverse audiences.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech or mobility sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
• Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Experience with content creation tools and multimedia design is a plus.
