We’re seeking a Graphic Designer who not only brings strong visual design chops but also understands how to drive business results. This role goes beyond aesthetics — we’re looking for someone who can translate marketing goals into compelling visual campaigns that generate leads and support revenue growth. Based in Donegal, you’ll work with an international team across Europe and North America to produce strategic design assets that fuel customer acquisition and elevate our brand.

• Creative Concept Development
• Brainstorm and execute design ideas that support campaign objectives, brand storytelling, and customer engagement.
• Brand and Visual Identity Management
• Maintain and evolve Ride Today’s visual identity across all touchpoints — digital, print, event, and environmental.
• Lead Generation Campaign Support
• Design and build performance-driven assets for digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create landing pages, gated content (eBooks, case studies), and conversion-optimized forms.
• Develop campaign kits that include email graphics, digital banners, CTAs, social visuals, and explainer materials.
• Ensure all assets are aligned to target audiences and optimized for funnel stages — from awareness to conversion.
• Sales Enablement Collateral
• Create presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, and proposal templates that support the sales process and tell a clear value story.
• Content Creation (Preferred)
• Support content teams with eye-catching graphics for social posts, email marketing, blogs, and video thumbnails. Bonus if you can assist with light video editing or animation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with teams in sales, marketing, and product across Europe and North America to ensure brand consistency and message alignment in all market-facing materials.
• Continuous Improvement
• Use performance feedback from campaigns (click-through rates, conversions, engagement metrics) to inform future creative decisions and iterate for impact.

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on marketing or lead generation.
• Portfolio that includes examples of work for lead gen, including digital ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and B2B marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma, Canva, or web CMS tools is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (CTAs, A/B testing, funnel optimization).
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign) is a bonus.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to own projects from concept through execution.
