Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing and communications team. This role demands strategic planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing multiple high-stake projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand and educational offerings.

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Develop, execute, and oversee innovative marketing projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals align with company objectives.
• Plan, organize and execute high-impact events (webinars, conferences, open door days) ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, budgeting, vendor management, promotional activities and communication.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budget allocations for projects.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust marketing plans as needed.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our unique value proposition effectively.
• Working according to approved company processes
• Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

We dream about a team member who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing marketing projects successfully.
• Hands-on experience in at least 1 area of marketing (i.e. PPC; SEO; Content; etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including CRM platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership
• Knows how to manage several complex projects at once
• Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise
• Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level
• Is flexible with good time management skills
• Has respectful and positive attitude
• Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life
