We're looking for a Project Manager to ensure ideas turn into shipped work, on time and without confusion.
ROLE SUMMARY
Digistore24 is hiring a Project Manager for the Organic and Performance Pods to serve as the operational liaison between:
• Organic Pod Lead
• Director of Performance Marketing
• Organic marketing teams (content, SEO, social, email, community, creator initiatives)
• Performance marketing teams (paid media, creative testing, landing pages, tracking, reporting)
• Creative, analytics, web, affiliate, and cross-functional teams
This is not a passive coordination role.
You will:
• Translate strategy into clear tasks, timelines, and ownership
• Build structured workflows for marketing initiatives
• Track progress against deadlines and goals
• Identify and remove blockers
• Maintain accountability across contributors and stakeholders
• Keep leadership informed with clear reporting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the operational bridge between Organic, Performance, Creative, Analytics, Web, and Affiliate teams
• Convert marketing priorities into actionable project plans
• Clarify scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and approvals
• Surface conflicts, risks, and tradeoffs early
• Ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Project Planning & Workflow Management
• Build and maintain project plans for marketing initiatives
• Create milestones, tasks, owners, and deadlines
• Manage campaign calendars, launch trackers, testing schedules, and reporting cycles
• Track dependencies and proactively manage risks
• Keep project management systems organized and up to date
Timeline & Delivery Management
• Own timelines from kickoff through launch
• Ensure assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed on schedule
• Identify bottlenecks and escalation points
• Maintain momentum and reduce last-minute chaos
Reporting & Communication
• Create concise project status updates
• Track deadlines, blockers, ownership, and progress
• Document decisions, action items, and meeting notes
• Maintain dashboards and project visibility for stakeholders
Process Improvement
• Improve workflows, approvals, handoffs, and documentation
• Standardize repeatable processes
• Reduce ambiguity and improve accountability
• Help teams execute faster with fewer errors
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, campaign management, or similar roles
• Experience coordinating projects across marketing, creative, analytics, web, and paid media teams
• Working knowledge of organic marketing channels (SEO, content, social, email, community)
• Working knowledge of performance marketing channels (paid media, landing pages, tracking, reporting)
• Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or Airtable
STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Experience in SaaS, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, marketplace, publishing, or growth-focused environments
• Experience supporting paid media teams
• Experience supporting organic content and audience growth teams
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards and marketing metrics
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Experience working across multiple time zones
