Senior Technical Lead

Position: Technical Lead - Banking Sector

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Contract Duration: One Year Extendable

Role & Responsibility

Lead the design, development, and optimization of banking applications, including core banking, loan origination, CRM, and digital banking platforms.

Define and implement banking application architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.

Drive modernization and migration strategies, including cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API-driven banking solutions.

Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering to deployment.

Design and implement API-based integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022), and third-party financial services.

Lead the implementation of Open Banking, Embedded Finance, and API-first banking strategies.

Work on enterprise service bus (ESB) and middleware solutions to streamline real-time banking transactions.

Support the integration of digital banking platforms, mobile banking applications, and AI-powered customer engagement

Skills & Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in banking IT, enterprise application development, or technical leader

ship roles.

Strong experience in core banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Profile, or similar).Expertise in payment systems, treasury management, loan origination systems, and regulatory reporting

solutions.

Proficiency in banking enterprise software development (Java, .NET, Python, C#).Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.

Strong understanding of Open Banking APIs, API gateways, and API security (OAuth,

JWT, SAML).Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.

Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, MongoDB) for banking applications.

Experience in real-time payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, ACH, RTGS,

ISO 20022).Exposure to AI-driven risk management, blockchain-based banking, and robotic process automation (RPA).

Working knowledge of customer analytics, credit scoring, and fraud detection systems.
