Your tasks:

  • Lead project initiation, defining objectives and key milestones.
  • Develop and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with timelines, risks, and resources.
  • Oversee execution, coordinating teams, tracking progress, and mitigating risks.
  • Organize and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
  • Ensure seamless project implementation and efficient operations.
  • Provide transparent reporting on project impact, efforts, and value-added.
  • Align and guide all stakeholders toward successful project completion.


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Project Management.
  • 2+years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech.
  • Ability to develop strategic product visions and implementation roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a talent for uniting and motivating teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies (certification is a plus).
  • Solid project management expertise, with financial acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (Turkish is a plus).
