Scope
The successful candidate will possess knowledge across all project types within the Real Estate Advisory sector. Responsibilities include managing multiple client accounts, maintaining strong industry relationships, and ensuring projects meet client objectives while aligning with Colliers' revenue and profit targets.
Responsibilities:
Client and Project Management
- Build and sustain key client relationships, gather project requirements, and manage client expectations.
- Contribute to project teams to ensure client objectives are met, assist in mapping out key deliverables, actively monitor project progress, and ensure documentation is well-organized.
- Address and communicate any project variations to clients, helping to maintain positive relationships through effective solutions.
Business Development and Proposal Management
- Support new project acquisition efforts by assisting in prospecting, identifying client needs, helping prepare proposals with management input, and participating in deal closures.
- Help develop and maintain a professional network to support business growth and effective project management.
Reporting and Compliance
- Assist in reporting to management on project status, operational issues, and compliance with targets and budgets.
- Suggest improvements to internal processes to increase effectiveness and ensure compliance.
People and Performance Management
- Support team development by helping set goals, manage workload, and contribute to team members' professional growth.
- Assist in conducting performance reviews and mentoring team members to help them achieve their career goals.
Stakeholder and Financial Management
- Support engagement with various stakeholders such as clients, bankers, and regulatory authorities to ensure comprehensive project support and success.
- Assist in managing financial objectives, including monitoring cash flow and ensuring financial protocols are followed.
Brand Representation and Inter-departmental Collaboration
- Represent Colliers at industry conferences and on social media, and contribute to promoting the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-selling and value-added opportunities, supporting Colliers' position as an industry leader and preferred consultancy.
Required
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in property development or consultancy, with experience in the Middle East.
- Knowledge of Middle East economic conditions, development strategies, and real estate growth drivers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in report writing, use of AI, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information, work flexibly, and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
