Consultant / Manager - Insights & Marketing
Cushman & Wakefield | TR International is seeking a Consultant / Manager, Insights & Marketing to drive the company’s research, market intelligence and CRM-driven insights and data-led publications.
This is a hands-on role positioned at the intersection of research, data, technology and strategic communication, with full ownership of insight production, key publications and data products, and close exposure to senior leadership. This role will act as Cushman & Wakefield | TR International’s business partner for insight‑related technology initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Insight Generation
- Monitor and analyze Turkish and global economic, political and real estate market trends across office, retail, industrial & logistics, residential and capital markets among others
- Convert market data into forward‑looking, decision‑oriented insights
- Contribute to market interpretation, commentary and narrative building
Publications & Thought Leadership
- Coordinate end-to-end production of research publications, Market overviews, sectoral and thematic reports
- Maintain timelines, analytical structure and quality standards across deliverables
- Draft and review key insights, executive summaries and commentary sections
- Adapt relevant Cushman & Wakefield publications for the Turkish market in line with agreed methodologies and templates
CRM, Data & Research Infrastructure
- Support the insight layer of CRM‑driven intelligence
- Contribute to data standards, basic governance and consistency checks to reinforce “single source of truth” principles
- Contbiute to and coordinate maintenance of property, transaction and market databases, with attention to accuracy and auditability
- Ensure research and CRM outputs actively support business development and client engagement
Technology, AI & Automation Initiatives
- Support research-related use cases for automation and reporting (e.g., Power BI dashboards, recurring reporting packs, summarization/classification support)
- Help translate business needs into structured briefs and requirements for internal stakeholders and external providers
- Coordinate with external research/data providers and analytics partners as required
Team & Collaboration
- Provide day-to-day guidance and analytical leadership to junior team membersand insight and research support to internal customers
- Work closely with Marketing colleagues, service lines and technology partners to deliver consistent, timely and high-quality outputs
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience (commercial real estate research, insights, consulting or analytics)
- Strong analytical thinking and “big‑picture” market understanding, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
- Strong interest in data, technology and AI-enabled insights
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning from a reputable university is strongly preferred. Related disciplines will be considered provided strong real estate fundamentals are demonstrated, including:
- Economics,
- Architecture,
- Business / Finance Engineering,
- Geography or Public Policy.
International education or exposure is a plus.
