Emet Digital is looking for a skilled Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing and client success. This is a fully remote position. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in digital marketing, exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, and a keen understanding of marketing strategies and tactics. About the Role:

As an Account Manager at Emet Digital, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their marketing goals and expectations are met. You’ll manage relationships, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and provide ongoing support and strategy. Experience working in a digital marketing agency is essential, and knowledge of lead generation and AI-based marketing solutions is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries, and managing expectations.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and more, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to develop and implement customized marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to showcase results and ROI.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and client requests.
  • Continuous Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in client campaigns.
  • Lead Generation & AI Integration: Stay up-to-date with lead generation trends and AI-based tools, and integrate these into strategies where applicable.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an account management or client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation Experience: Knowledge of lead generation strategies and campaign management is highly valued.
  • AI and Technology Savvy: Experience working with AI-based marketing solutions, chatbots, or automation tools is a big plus.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present data and strategies clearly to clients.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to identify challenges, think critically, and develop effective solutions to achieve client goals.
