As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and working directly with founders and executives of innovative technology companies.
Why You'll Love This Role- Work directly with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
- Build relationships with fast-growing technology companies across 40+ countries.
- Gain exposure to high-growth industries: SaaS, FinTech, Crypto, AI, Gaming, and E-commerce.
- Be part of a team operating at the intersection of technology, business, and law.
- Generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, X (Twitter), and other outbound channels.
- Build relationships with founders, C-level executives, and key decision-makers.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and goals.
- Maintain CRM and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Participate in conferences, networking events, and BD initiatives.
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience selling IT, SaaS, consulting, legal, financial, or recruitment services is a strong advantage.
- Strong English (B2–C1).
- Additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Genuine interest in tech, startups, and global business.
- Experience with clients from the US, Canada, UK, and EU.
- Understanding of SaaS, FinTech, AI, Crypto, Web3, Gaming, or E-commerce.
- Legal background.
- CRM and outbound sales experience.
