Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to drive impactful product enhancements and elevate the Adverity user experience. We are a leading B2B SaaS company specialising in data intelligence and automation. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Vienna, with a hybrid work model blending office and remote flexibility. We would love for you to come into the office on a regular basis.

• Define and lead the product strategy and vision, focusing on scalability, performance, and innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive the development of high-impact products from ideation to delivery.
• Use data analytics to drive product decisions, constantly iterating and refining the user experience.
• Develop and prioritise the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across engineering, sales, management and our customers.
• Be a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on product performance and market trends.

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS space (preferably in marketing technology or related industries).
• Proven track record in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering innovative products.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data analytics tools to drive decisions and improve product performance.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Bonus: Previous experience working with marketing automation, data intelligence, or business intelligence products.

We offer a competitive salary package starting at €80.000 gross per year. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
