About The Role

Every week millions of hungry eaters and shoppers open our app to find the best restaurant and stores they desire to treat themselves with. Our app offers an immense choice to cater for every special need, and we keep onboarding new merchants every day. We are looking for a customer-first minded Product Lead to transform how Bolt Food delivers a personalised experience for millions of customers across Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team on a successful path to bring deep personalisation of food, grocery and retail experiences as part of our broader Consumer Group at Bolt Delivery vertical.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Work with our Delivery Data Science, Analytics and Engineering team to form a vision for a personalised consumer experience that drives meaningful business results.
• Conduct regular discovery work, including talking with customers, diving deep into our data and researching how AI technology is transforming the field to undercover real-world problems to solve.
• Develop a roadmap for the Consumer Discovery team that prioritises the most impactful short and long term interventions.
• Lead the cross-discipline product development process to bring your roadmap to market and ship impact.
• Work with your Data partners to test product hypotheses, validate business contribution and extract actionable insights.
• Work together with your Group Lead and peers to craft the right broader strategy and vision for the Consumer group.
  
  

About You

• Experienced Product Manager (5+ years). You have a solid background in product management, preferably in the B2C side of a marketplace business.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on. You are a self-starter with a proven track record of taking complex products from concept to launch.
• Data-driven. You use data and key metrics to drive insights and make good product decisions.
• Strong communicator. You can effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric. You are passionate about creating products that solve real customer problems and enhance user experiences.
