- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design for digital products, including user flows, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Ability to create designs that effectively support business goals.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and web standards.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain, or cryptocurrency payment products.
