Role Summary
We are hiring for a Mobile UX Designer - AI & Product Experience. In this role, you will help create intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences while contributing to AI-powered product capabilities and scalable design systems. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions across multiple product areas.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll design and deliver mobile product features aligned with product goals and roadmap priorities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to support implementation, testing, and iterative improvements.
- Help improve onboarding experiences, navigation patterns, workflows, and integrated product features.
- Support the design and evolution of AI-powered experiences, including chat, voice, and vision-based interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent features into the mobile platform.
- Contribute to defining interaction patterns and user experience frameworks for AI-driven capabilities.
- Maintain and enhance the mobile design system, including reusable components and design patterns.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across multiple mobile products and feature areas.
- Conduct UX reviews and identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce user friction.
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and collaborative planning activities.
- Help align user experiences across multiple product areas, including forms, documents, issues, and media-related workflows.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Mobile UX/UI Design.
- Strong mobile product design experience with end-to-end feature ownership.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
- Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and interaction patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
- Exposure to agentic tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience designing AI-driven user experiences.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.
- Experience working on enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
- Ability to contribute to front-end implementation activities.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
