Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our websites, AI platform and SaaS apps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform and applications are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with our mission of simplifying complex tasks through cutting-edge design.

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

• Optimize and enhance the Docyrus and other brands’ websites to reflect our brand identities and value propositions.
• Design landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.
• Create seamless user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the user journey.

Product UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our no-code AI platform, including:
• Automation builder
• Integration builder
• Analytics dashboards
• AI assistant and agent tools
• App templates and vertical solutions
• Create seamless user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the user journey.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure usability across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

Collaboration and Implementation

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into engaging user experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to meet user needs and expectations.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across all products.

Innovation and Trends

• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.
• Incorporate modern practices, such as micro-interactions, animation, and AI-enhanced interfaces, to elevate user engagement.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS platforms or complex web applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects that emphasize user-centric interfaces and problem-solving.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and interaction design principles.
• Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Axure, etc.).
• Knowledge of Framer, Webflow or similar CMSs.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with no-code platforms and/or AI-driven applications.
• Experience in designing for marketplaces or template-based systems.
• Background in creating SaaS tools for entrepreneurs.
