Freelance Project Manager

The Consultant Project Manager will support the development of a high-impact clinical project, supporting the Project Lead in integrating all functional activities into an overarching project plan and its alignment with company goals. The role focuses on supporting cross functional teams as well as functional sub teams, working groups and external alliances. In this start-up phase of the company, key activities include the development/structure of document repositories, the development/alignment on basis processes, establishment of a functional risk register, support in meetings set-up and documentation, tracking and updating project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

The Project Manager will work in close collaboration with the Head of Program and Lifecycle Management and Functional leaders.

Approach:

• Supports the Project Leader in integrating all activities in an overarching project plan, a single source of truth, for all stakeholders and functions.

• Supports the Project Leader in managing the Alliance with the Chinese Partner companies

• Takes the lead on developing a Project Risk Log in collaboration with functional leaders

• Takes the lead on building and optimizing the Project Information Platform

• Fosters collaborative problem-solving, informed decision-making, open communication across clinical, non-clinical, CMC, regulatory, commercial and operational departments.

• Uses advanced project management tools and the latest AI-driven tools aligned with the teams to provide real-time updates, predictive insights, and data-driven solutions.
