Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations Department under the COO’s leadership, focusing on one of our international projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in i-gaming or affiliate marketing, along with strong project management skills to ensure seamless execution, coordination, and tracking of project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee all project activities, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Project & Product Strategy: Drive the completion of the strategy - while it’s not expected that the Project Manager is to build the product / project strategy, the position holds key importance in driving the building and the implementation of the strategy, in collaboration with the Leadership team and / or any needed consultant
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Content, SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, and other teams to define project objectives and scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze project performance, website content metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
• Budget Management: Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and project execution strategies.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks within the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or operations-related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in i-gaming or affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management and analytics tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with design and content creation tools.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
