Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role across three areas:
- Investment & Brand Positioning
- Enhance Stake Capital’s brand and positioning in the Web3 space.
- Create content showcasing key investments, portfolio updates, and industry insights.
- Manage social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn), engaging with the community and increasing visibility.
- Work with portfolio companies’ marketing teams to develop joint content.
- Write social media posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
- Media & Audience Growth
- Expand the reach of our media and research publication through strategic content and engagement initiatives.
- Support video production efforts by helping shape scripts and messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Oversee website updates and content improvements.
- Drive engagement on Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms.
- Events & Community Engagement
- Plan and manage Stake Capital’s presence at major Web3 events.
- Secure speaking opportunities for key team members.
- Explore media partnerships and sponsorships.
- Organize side events (networking sessions, meetups, private gatherings) for industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with event agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Marketing Generalist: Experienced in social media, branding, and content strategy.
- Crypto-Savvy: Understands key blockchain concepts such as wallets, Layer 1 networks, staking, and DeFi protocols.
- Independent & Proactive: This is a standalone marketing role, requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
- Creative & Analytical: Able to craft compelling content while tracking performance.
- Experience Level: Around 3–4 years of experience, ideally transitioning from junior to mid-level.
- Social Media Skills: Comfortable managing multiple brand accounts, adjusting tone for different audiences.
- Familiar with Multi-Channel Marketing Tools: Can manage and schedule content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Event Coordination: Capable of overseeing Stake Capital’s event participation and logistics.
- Work with a top-tier Web3 investment and venture-building firm.
- Take full ownership of the marketing strategy in a fast-growing blockchain ecosystem.
- Collaborate with leading blockchain startups, investors, and media platforms.
- Be part of high-profile industry events and global Web3 conferences.
- 🏢 Work Setup: Hybrid—Preference for candidates in Lisbon, with occasional office presence (1–2 days per week).
- We are looking for autonomous, hands-on candidates who can execute and strategize.
- A strong grasp of crypto concepts is required—this is not a beginner role.
- Experience in Web3 marketing is a plus, but not mandatory if the candidate has foundational blockchain knowledge.
