Innovation and AI Officer (V.I.E)

We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager (VIE) to join the Innovation Department. The position will be based in Porto, Portugal, and start 1 September 2026. You will report to the Head of Innovation & AI Products.

You Will Primarily Be Responsible For

• Leading strategic innovation initiatives, including competitive and technological monitoring to keep Euronext at the forefront of industry trends
• Identifying and prioritising use cases and projects in collaboration with business units
• Facilitating idea generation and structured brainstorming sessions
• Working with technical teams to develop and deploy AI-driven projects, from concept to implementation
• Organising and executing innovation events such as hackathons and workshops
• Designing and delivering training sessions and educational content on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and technology vendors
• Communicating project progress and outcomes to senior leadership
• Coordinating cross-departmental initiatives to support innovation adoption
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience in project management, product management, or innovation management, with a track record of driving technological initiatives (suggested: three to five years)
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications
• Proficiency in agile and innovative methodologies, with hands-on experience in iterative development
• Basic knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and emerging financial technologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and collaborative events
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French, Portuguese, Italian or Dutch is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, business, or innovation)
