We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience of the tools and platforms that power our BPO operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and performance of our sales agents, and ultimately the success of our clients’ campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation of user-friendly, engaging, and high-performing interfaces.

Main Responsibilities
User Experience Design:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and challenges of -our sales agents and end-users.
- Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that designs align with business objectives and improve sales processes.
- Perform usability testing and gather f feedback to continuously refine and optimize designs.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for sales dashboards, CRM systems, and other tools used by call center agents.
- Ensure interfaces are easy to navigate and help agents efficiently process sales, manage customer data, and monitor performance.
- Focus on creating mobile-responsive designs where applicable to support agents working on mobile devices.
- Maintain consistency in design across all internal systems and interfaces.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are accurately implemented and provide continuous support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with operations and sales managers to understand business needs and translate them into practical, effective design solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to stay aligned with the development cycle.
- Continuously improve the user experience of call center systems, striving to reduce friction in sales workflows and maximize efficiency.
- Focus on designing tools and processes that empower agents to close sales more effectively while minimizing the learning curve.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement in the sales experience and implement solutions.
- Ensure that the visual design and branding across all digital interfaces are consistent and align with the company’s overall brand identity.
- Design interactive elements, icons, and layouts that engage users while maintaining clarity and usability.
- Keep a sharp focus on the sales process, ensuring that designs help sales agents drive customer conversions and improve customer interactions.
- Work on optimizing CRM interfaces, sales scripts, reporting tools, and communication platforms for ease of use and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects (preferably for sales-driven tools or call centers).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and web design best practices.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on responsive design.
- Strong understanding of user behavior within sales environments and how to design tools to improve agent efficiency and sales outcomes.
- Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Experience with designing dashboards, reporting systems, or tools for customer-facing teams.
- Knowledge of sales processes and how design can impact conversion rates and sales efficiency
- Full-time: Working hours according to the US EST time zone.
