Data Analytics Manager

This role exists to elevate the way we use data across the business. As we scale, we need someone who can lead with vision, manage with empathy, and make data approachable and actionable across teams like Customer Support, Welcome Calls, Abandoned Cart Recovery, Finance, and more.

We're looking for a sharp, systems-minded leader who can coach analysts, standardize metrics, and scale thoughtful reporting practices that directly shape how the business operates.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Enablement

• Coach and manage a growing team of analysts, each with clear dashboard and data domain ownership
• Provide mentorship in Power BI, SharePoint, business math, and analytical best practices
• Build a QA and feedback system for analytics deliverables to ensure clarity and accuracy
  
  
  

Operational Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Oversee the buildout and adoption of dashboards for key roles: Agent, Team Lead, Ops, Finance, ACR, WC, CS
• Eliminate report redundancy and streamline refresh logic across systems
• Ensure reporting supports daily execution, real-time decisions, and long-term strategic planning
  
  
  

Data Governance & Standardization

• Lead version control and metric cleanup for core KPIs (conversion, refunds, AOV, revenue)
• Maintain a centralized metric dictionary and ensure consistent logic across dashboards
• Support the transition to scalable analytics infrastructure (with future SQL access)
  
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Align with Product, Dev, Ops, and Finance to connect reporting to real business needs
• Contribute insights to daily stat calls and lead deeper quarterly or monthly reviews
• Help analysts understand the “why” behind every data point they deliver
  
  
  

Experimentation & A/B Testing Framework

• Create and roll out a unified testing protocol across departments
• Enable analysts to run valid A/B tests and track results across offers, audiences, and channels
• Own the testing board and reporting cadence for WC, CS, and ACR initiatives
  
  
  

Finance Reporting Support

• Oversee recurring revenue, commissions, and margin reporting
• Support onboarding of new finance analysts and ensure smooth reporting handoff

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in data management, analytics, or business intelligence leadership
• Strong background in Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
• Experience managing a team of analysts and providing structured mentorship
• Deep understanding of business reporting (CS, sales funnels, refunds, AOV, etc.)
• Comfortable aligning across functions and balancing multiple stakeholder needs
• Ability to design and improve data workflows, intake forms, and dashboards
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge or experience collaborating with data engineering
• Familiarity with experimentation/A/B testing methodologies
• Previous work with financial analytics, commissions tracking, or margin-based reporting
• Ability to translate data into narrative, insight, and action for leadership
