Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to optimize our CRM system (Salesforce). Our sales representatives and distributors use the CRM system to manage quotes, customer records, and contracts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify business needs and translate them into CRM system improvements.
• Work closely with colleagues in Bornem and contacts in Munich to gather requirements.
• Ensure smooth reporting and data extraction (e.g., contract expiration overviews).
• Test the CRM system from a user perspective to ensure process efficiency.

Requirements:

✅ Must-Have:

• 3-4 years of experience in a junior/medior business analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong affinity with sales processes.
• Automotive industry experience is a MUST.
