We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our Locker team. In this role, you will play a central part in building large scale products with Agile process and SSDLC alignment

Role Summary:

The Scrum Master is an expert in Scrum and is responsible for protecting this development and cultural philosophy in Bpost. They will help build the practices that enable high quality rapid development. Should have working experience in large products. Their overall mission is to enhance efficiency within the organization, to protect the process, and remove blockers in the way of the team. This role also must be technical so that the Scrum Master is able to solve blockers that are technical in nature.

• Should have background in technology in order to understand the blockers in the team
• Good understanding of Secure Development processes
• Experience in handling large product backlogs
• Ability to implement best AI tools for the purpose to build quality, process and efficiency in delivery

Duties Include:

• Removing blockers for the team
• Running daily rituals for multiple teams
• Acting as a leader in the Agile process
• Working with PO and BA to build and help structure the backlog
• Acting on behalf of the team to broker excellent relationships outside of the team

Requirements:

• Minium Experience of 7+ years as a Scrum master
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Ability to take direction well and work independently
• Desire to continuously improve and learn rapidly
• Strong work ethic
• Professional demeanor

Additional Pluses:

• Experience working on a scrum team with TDD

Work location is HQ in Brussels – at least 3 days per week from office
