Position Overview

To expand our development teams, we are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer.

The resource will be key to drive the evolution of complex management systems and enhance our product by implementing cutting-edge features.

You will be included in a well-established team, which strongly relies on knowledge sharing and mutual support as the key to its success. Smooth communication is therefore paramount, with ongoing updates and feedback from the leader and manager.

You will be working on our flagship product, the NextGen Platform, with a dedicated focus on the NextGen FSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications, integrate native and proprietary libraries.
• Translate the user requirements provided by the Analysis team into solid code.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and SDKs used by our Apps.
• Be up to date with the latest technologies addressing the world of developers (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Pair program with other product engineers to build/modernize the software based on the team’s backlog.

Required Experience and Skills

• Excellent knowledge of .Net Mobile Application Development (Xamarin and .NET MAUI)
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in mobile application development (Android/iOS or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with DevOps methodology.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (GIT).
• Ability to work equally well under own initiative and as a member of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (B1) and Italian (C1)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Android native development with Java and Android Studio
• Good Knowledge of development with MVVM and Dependency Injection patterns
• Portfolio of personal projects on remote repository.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development principles.
