Currently Seeking: Scrum Master (Contract | Federal Government | NV1 Clearance)

Locations: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide

Security Clearance: NV1

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile Delivery Teams (ADTs) within a large-scale Federal Government ICT transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Guide and coach teams in Agile principles to foster a high-performance culture.

✔ Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

✔ Manage project boards per DevOps standards, ensuring regular updates.

✔ Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.

✔ Communicate Sprint Goals and deliverables to stakeholders and executives.

✔ Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master with industry-recognized certifications.
• Strong understanding of SAFe methodology in large, complex programs (government experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Suite, Miro, or similar project management tools.
• Mandatory: NV1 Security Clearance.

• SAFe Agile certifications or relevant work experience.
• Background in project management or ICT transformation programs.
