You Will
- Develop and implement analytics processes, strategies and culture aligned with business goals
- Manage a domain team and ensure effective collaboration
- Serve as the single point of truth for the team
- Analyze product data to identify growth opportunities and optimize processes
- Oversee data infrastructure, ETL pipelines and visualization tools to ensure scalable and reliable analytics
- Ensure GDPR compliance and implement data governance best practices
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders and advocate for data-driven decision-making
- Leadership experience in managing analytics processes and cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in building analytics processes and teams from scratch
- Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, ETL tools (Airflow, dbt), and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker)
- Advanced analytical skills, including statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with large-scale data processing (10TB+) and designing scalable solutions
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on aligning analytics with organizational goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
