🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage Learning & Development (L&D) dashboards and ensure data integrity.

✔ Collect, analyze, and report workforce data to support decision-making.

✔ Develop statistical models to analyze workforce trends and performance metrics.

✔ Present insights through data visualizations, dashboards, and audits.

✔ Provide data-driven recommendations for quality improvement and efficiency.

✔ Work with stakeholders to improve data management practices.

✔ Develop reporting tools using SQL, Oracle, Python, and analytics software.

✔ Ensure compliance with best practices in workforce performance tracking.

✅ Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Management (Postgraduate preferred).

📊 Experience: 5+ years in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or education.

🔹 Technical Skills: SQL, Oracle, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

📈 Expertise in: Data visualization, analytics, and reporting.

🌍 Language: Bilingual in Arabic & English (preferred).
