Emet Digital is a data-driven marketing agency specializing in lead generation for the home services industry. We help our clients grow by delivering impactful paid media campaigns and leveraging local search strategies. We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to spearhead our efforts across Google Ads, GBP (Google Business Profile), and GLS (Google Local Services).


Role Overview:

The Paid Media Manager will take charge of creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, with a particular focus on local search visibility and lead generation in the American market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve and surpass client goals.
  • GBP and GLS Management: Ensure Google Business Profiles and Google Local Services Ads are fully optimized and effective in generating local leads.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop tailored paid media strategies for service-based businesses in the home services sector.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Local Search Focus: Optimize GBP listings, oversee review management, and ensure accurate and consistent local business information.
  • Budget Optimization: Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Competitor Research: Identify opportunities through competitor analysis and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, content, and account management teams to align strategies and enhance campaign performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, specifically in Google Ads and GBP/GLS.
  • Proficency in English.
  • Proven track record of success targeting the American market.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GBP management and GLS campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and ROI.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Local Services Ads is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the home services industry and local lead generation strategies.
