As the Founder and CEO, you will take the helm of this high-potential venture, driving it from concept to market leadership. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, technical expertise, and experience building and scaling startups. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's vision, mission, and growth strategy to position it as a leader in seawater intelligence solutions
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for market entry, client acquisition, and growth across key industries
• Business Development: Build partnerships with stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and investors, to unlock opportunities and drive success
• Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate sustainable revenue streams, including direct sales, strategic partnerships, and collaborations with industry players
• Fundraising: Secure early-stage funding through investors, grants, and partnerships while managing the company's financial health
• Product Oversight: Guide the development of a data-driven analytics platform tailored to market needs and sustainability goals
• Team Building: Recruit and lead a high-performing team, including identifying and onboarding a technical Co-Founder/CTO to drive platform innovation
• Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for scaling and international growth, ensuring sustainable revenue streams and operational efficiency

• Expertise in analytics, particularly related to environmental data or marine technology
