Our “Account Management Services” team develops new room and space concepts for modern and agile working environments in office properties.

Thanks to your conceptual strength and strong expertise in workplace design, you play key role in the successful developing of future office projects.

Your responsibilities:

Beginning with the definition of the customer's wishes, the subsequent conception, the cost outlook of the planned measures through to support in finding suitable buildings or areas as well as necessary technical discussions with potential landlords, you drive the entire process forward and although focusing on the project initiation stages, will be in close contact with the customer throughout all project phases

You develop office and space concepts taking into account the corporate design, in which different design elements and materials, such as furniture, furnishings and lighting elements, come together to create a coherent and agile spatial concept

You are the first point of contact for your customers with regard to all topics and issues within the project initiation phase and advise them comprehensively and professionally

Your requirements & strengths:

• Degree in architecture or interior architecture/ design (Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma)
• Several years of professional experience in developing office projects
• You are business fluent in English and French and enjoy working in an international environment
• You are experienced in using CAD software
• High customer orientation and strong presentation skills round off your profile
