This organisation is now seeking a talented Product Designer to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of their flagship product.

About the Role:

As the company’s first in-house Product Designer, you will have full ownership of the design process, working across the entire lifecycle of their SaaS product. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that values creativity, strategic thinking, and user empathy. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create a seamless and delightful experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design Process: Lead all stages of design, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
• User Research: Conduct and synthesise user research to inform and refine designs, ensuring they address user needs effectively.
• Design Systems: Enhance and maintain an existing design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Iteration: Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in product design, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Design Acumen: Strong UX principles and the ability to create functional, scalable, and visually compelling solutions.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Figma is strongly preferred.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively contribute to a cross-functional team.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with design strategy and vision-building.
• Knowledge of behavioural psychology, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction.
• UX copywriting experience.
• Familiarity with maintaining or building design systems.
• Dutch language skills (a plus for customer interaction).
