Product Experience, UX/UI & Design Systems
Humanas is a technology-driven company focused on understanding, measuring, and transforming human behavior into meaningful data.
At Humanas, academic perspective, engineering, product development, data analytics, creative thinking, and human-centered design come together at the same table. Through the products we develop, we aim to better understand individual potential, enable organizations to make healthier decisions based on people data, and transform complex assessment processes into simple, reliable, and scalable digital experiences.
Within our growing product ecosystem, we develop gamified user experiences on mobile platforms, while on the web side we build data-intensive, enterprise-grade, and decision-support-oriented products such as the Humanas BI Platform and its components.
In this context, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can transform product ideas into user experiences, simplify complex needs, clarify user flows, and actively contribute to design execution when needed.
This position is not solely a graphic design, UI production, or visual editing role. It is a role that transforms Humanas’ scientific approach, human-data-driven product vision, and decision-support mechanisms into simple, trustworthy, and effective digital product experiences for users, customers, and internal teams.
Role Focus
This role contributes to shaping product experiences across Humanas products, from the idea stage through testing and launch.
The successful candidate is expected to clarify user flows, establish experience architecture, create wireframes and prototypes, strengthen final UI/UX quality, and support the delivery of product experiences that remain consistent with the Humanas brand identity.
Humanas’ product ecosystem combines two primary experience domains:
- On the mobile side: gamified experiences that engage users, create motivation, and deliver clear and seamless interactions,
- On the web side: data-intensive, enterprise-grade experiences that simplify reporting and decision-support mechanisms while building trust.
Therefore, this role requires a perspective that values both user behavior and motivation, while also being able to transform complex product structures into simple, usable, and scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Transform product ideas and requirements into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and testable prototypes,
- Contribute to the design of gamified, engaging, and seamless mobile application experiences,
- Improve the user experience of dashboards, reporting, analytics, matching, assessment, and decision-support interfaces within the Humanas BI Platform and similar web-based products,
- Design user journeys, information architecture, screen hierarchy, and core interaction structures,
- Collaborate with Product Managers, software teams, operations, design teams, and executive stakeholders to clarify requirements and develop user-centered solutions,
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, component structures, and when necessary, final UI designs using Figma,
- Contribute to establishing a consistent, scalable, and sustainable design language across Humanas products through a design system approach,
- Use FigJam, Miro, or similar digital collaboration tools to make product ideas, user flows, and experience maps visible and understandable for teams,
- Utilize AI-assisted design, research, and prototyping tools to rapidly visualize ideas and accelerate early-stage prototypes,
- Contribute to improving designs through usability reviews, internal validations, and user feedback,
- Clearly communicate screen behaviors, states, flow notes, component usage, and design decisions to the software team during the developer handoff process,
- Contribute to design QA processes by reviewing user experience and design quality within developed products.
Qualifications
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Digital Product Experience Design,
- Strong hands-on experience in user flows, wireframing, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design,
- Proficient in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component management, and fundamental design system principles,
- Ability to analyze complex product problems and transform them into simple, understandable, and practical design solutions,
- Experience designing mobile applications, web-based platforms, or SaaS products,
- Willingness to work on data-intensive interfaces, dashboards, reporting experiences, and decision-support products,
- Knowledge of developer handoff and design QA processes,
- Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum environments,
- Strong portfolio demonstrating not only final UI screens but also problem-solving approaches, user flows, experience design thinking, and prototyping processes,
- Ability to communicate openly, constructively, and solution-oriented with Product Managers, software teams, operations teams, and executive stakeholders,
- Comfortable working with feedback, iterating quickly, and motivated to launch products into production,
- Able to adapt to a hybrid working model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with gamified mobile applications,
- Experience working with SaaS products, HR-tech solutions, AI-powered products, people analytics, or decision-support systems,
- Experience designing user experiences for dashboards, reporting interfaces, or data-intensive products,
- Experience facilitating UX workshops, service blueprints, co-creation workshops, or user research activities,
- Experience using tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Maze, Useberry, or similar platforms for user behavior analysis and prototype testing,
- Experience using Framer, Webflow, or similar tools to create interactive prototypes or landing pages,
- Strong perspective on UX writing, microcopy, and content hierarchy,
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, Service Design, or user research methodologies,
- Interest in UI polish, micro-interactions, and motion design details.
Working Model
A hybrid working model is planned for this position.
The working structure will be shaped according to the needs of product planning meetings, sprint cycles, workshops, user experience studies, collaborative production periods, and face-to-face work conducted at the Humanas Campus.
Why Humanas?
At Humanas, design is not viewed merely as interface production.
This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute within a product ecosystem that seeks to understand human behavior, derive meaning from data, and transform complex decision-making processes into experiences that users can confidently understand and navigate.
On one side, there are immersive and gamified mobile experiences; on the other, data-intensive web platforms that create value for organizational decision-making processes.
Humanas provides the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that brings together academic depth, technology, product thinking, and creative design under the same roof.
For candidates who enjoy simplifying complex products, clarifying user flows, building design systems, and transforming scientific depth into powerful digital experiences, this role offers a meaningful and visible area of impact at Humanas.
Application
Applicants are expected to submit a portfolio along with their CV.
Particular attention will be given to the candidate’s problem-solving approach, user flow design, wireframing and prototyping process, methodology for reaching final designs, and experience collaborating with software and product teams.
