We are currently in the MVP development phase and are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in building our platform.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer at Citytax, you will work closely with our Front-End Lead and CTO to bring our vision to life. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around building and refining the MVP while creating various user interfaces and back-end logic. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real-world problems and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Front-End Lead and CTO to develop the platform from MVP to launch.
• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, Java, and Spring Framework.
• Create and maintain user interfaces, including:
• Various UI dashboards.
• Develop an intuitive and efficient Admin Panel for internal users.
• Integrate secure and seamless payment methods into the platform.
• Assist in the design and implementation of complex application logic for ongoing project needs.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Actively participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in React for front-end development.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Framework for back-end development.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Knowledge of modern front-end workflows, including state management (e.g., Redux or Context API).
• Familiar with UI frameworks such as Tailwind and Material UI
• Familiarity with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, especially for payments.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience in tourism, government, or financial systems development.

Financial Remuneration

The salary range in this position starts from 1600 EUR and is up to 3200 EUR Net per month.
