Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking an Equipment Project Engineer to manage a diverse project portfolio within biopharmaceutical operations. This role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and scope. The position requires on-site presence in Waterford and the ability to work full-time in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver process, packaging, and biopharmaceutical equipment projects.

- Oversee procurement and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project deployment.

- Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain project documentation.

- Communicate project status to management and stakeholders.

- Support project participants in overcoming challenges.

- Review engineering deliverables and manage site change controls.

- Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.

- Knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.

- Strong communication skills and dedication to project success.

- Ability to mentor and lead project teams effectively.
