State HR Head

Reliance Jio is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the role of State HR Head Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India

The State HR Head will lead the HR team across the State and partner with the business to ensure aligned HR plan with business priorities. He will be responsible to ensure execution of HR Strategies & initiatives and ensure consistent approach in talent acquisition, talent development, training and HR operations across the State.

Ideal Candidate shall be aged between 40-45 years, having a post graduate degree in Human Resource

Experience - Minimum 18 years of total work experience and at least 3 years in managing HR organization at the state level.

Job Description

1.Lead the HR team in the States and Area, while partnering with business to deliver business plan and execute HR programs and policies.

2.Manage internal/external stakeholders by creating a healthy atmosphere at workplace.

3.Partner with business to ensure intelligent workforce planning and fulfilment of the same while maintaining effective source mix and adhering to defined TAT and quality parameters.

4.Motivate the team to develop innovative practices around retention strategy career development and succession planning, ensure implementation and review its effectiveness.

5.Establish and drive a culture of performance by identifying strategies to increase productivity and create a system for clarity of role KPI measurement and rewarding performance

6.Guide & review effectiveness of the coaching & mentoring program for identified roles.

7.Responsible for Governance of HR processes and HR compliance across the State

8.Regularly review processes and suggest system enhancement for better user experience
