Project Manager - Competence Management - BE866865

We are seeking a Sr Project Manager with strong people management capabilities and a proven track record in:

• Developing training plans within complex organizational structures.
• Setting up organizations and establishing efficient workflows.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (trilingual).

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

• Manage a team of commercial and leadership coaches
• Set priorities in collaboration with stakeholders/internal clients.
• Define roles and responsibilities within the team and improve overall management efficiency.

Training Plan Development

• Design and implement a training plan for the retail departments.

Process and Structure Recommendations

• Provide recommendations for optimizing processes and structure related to training in the retail departments, addressing both soft and hard skills development.

Training Governance

• Establish a robust training governance framework.
• Responsibilities include:
• Defining required skills (e.g., "digital savviness").
• Conducting a gap analysis to identify training needs.
• Benchmarking training plans from comparable organizations.
• Identifying necessary certifications.
• Recommending suitable training tools.
• Drafting a detailed and actionable training plan.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects and processes in dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and aligning teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs for large, complex organizations.
• Knowledge of training governance and benchmarking best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Retail experience
