What Your Workday Will Look Like:

• Coordinate projects related to new product launches and brand strengthening;
• Manage project deadlines and priorities, and ensure the smooth progress of projects;
• Coordinate the work of internal teams and ensure effective collaboration between the Brand, Marketing, Research and Development (R&D), Category, and Sales teams;
• Coordinate the packaging development process and preparations for product launches;
• Develop product launch plans and ensure proper preparation;
• Ensure that all teams receive the necessary information, materials, and clear tasks in a timely manner;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions;
• Contribute to the new product development process and project optimization.
  
  

Requirements:

• Project management experience (in marketing, product development, or FMCG—a plus);
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams;
• Initiative, quick response, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• English language proficiency at a level of B2 or higher.

Salary:

€2,976–3,472/month before taxes
