Product Manager

Europe's fastest-growing SaaS company is searching for a Technical Product Manager (middle level)! In this role, you will lead the development of our Documentation or Core product streams for web and mobile applications. As a key member of the Product Team, you will work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the defining of product requirements, writing clear and structured documentation, and working closely with the development team;
• Drive cross-team coordination and collaboration with your fellow Product Managers to maximize delivered customer value;
• Gather and analyze user feedback and product metrics;
• Conduct user research to identify product opportunities;
• Perform competitive research and analysis, and regularly report it back to the team;
• Research market trends, and make sure we're planning for where the market will be in a few years, not just today;
• Work with engineers and designers to develop and launch new features;
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and the users.

Requirements / Tools:

• The Product Manager we're looking for, should be passionate about product development and have a desire to learn and grow in the field;
• You have excellent analytical skills and can effectively use data to drive decisions;
• Be a fan of a systematic approach, and desire to make better processes instead of fixing mistakes;
• You have 2+ years of experience running a product in a SaaS context (b2b is a plus, but not a must). Experience with b2b in mobile apps will be a great fit;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should be able to collaborate effectively with other members of the product teams to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and the users;
• Understanding of technical concepts, such as REST API, the web and mobile application fundamentals;
• Has an English B2+ level. Our dev teams and stakeholders are all across the world;
• Has experience with various tools (or their analogs): Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Miro, and PowerBI.
