Summary

The strategic JointForces Program sets the course for the future user interface for Bühler machines. We are actively designing the software platform for over 100 different machines for the production of chocolate, flour, coffee, feed, cornflakes, colors and much more.

Responsibilities

• As a lead developer, you will take responsibility for the implementation of the machine platform with the two development teams
• You take on the tasks and role of a system architect with your peer - with the opportunity to develop into a system architect
• Together with your team members, you ensure the continuous further development of the group-wide platform using Angular and .Net
• You help establish the platform, build the associated community and introduce processes and systems
• You support the Product Owners in creating the required technical foundations (enablers) and bring in maintenance topics based on business requirements
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Completed studies (University, FH, HF) in software engineering or comparable
• Professional experience as a lead developer/ architect, ideally with .Net/ C# and Angular/ Typescript
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural and/ or organizational issues
• Teamlpayer and ability to build up good relationships with developers and stakeholders
• Ability to persuade and healthy degree of assertiveness
• Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
