This is an opportunity to make a real difference. As our Senior HR Coordinator you'll be accountable for ensuring all employee processes run smoothly from start to finish. With your eye for detail and care for compliance, you'll manage key data and processes such as payroll and handle everything from HR inductions to annual processes like appraisals and pay reviews. You'll also be a trusted advisor, providing guidance on routine HR matters and partnering with our HR Advisors and wider teams to deliver meaningful employee engagement initiatives.

You'll also be a trusted advisor, providing guidance on routine HR matters and partnering with our HR Advisors and wider teams to deliver meaningful employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing and driving the team accountability and performance while supporting development opportunities
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of employee data across systems and records, maintaining error-free and reliable information. Take ownership of the timely and accurate delivery of key annual processes, including holiday allocation, pay reviews and annual appraisals, along with the manipulation of data and creation of reports to the business as required
- Be accountable for ensuring complete accuracy of all employee data, conducting audits and monthly and annual reporting, resolving more complex payroll enquiries in collaboration with our finance team
- Providing basic advice guided by established policy, process and legislation, shadowing and supporting our HR Advisors in handling intricate employee relations cases, contributing to fair and effective resolutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and operational needs, and support the implementation of HR systems and tools
