We are looking for an experienced backend engineer, with a proven track record in building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions. Join the team and make a great impact on the future of their product.

You will take part in all phases of SW development – from discussing requirements, through design, design review, documentation, implementation, testing and validation, deployment, and support.

YOUR ROLE

  • work closely with a strong team of experts to build well-designed, resilient, and performant SaaS solutions
  • design research and develop core services and features
  • mentor other team members
  • collaborate with product, DevOps, backend, and frontend engineers to deliver elegant and well-thought-out solutions for complex problems
  • write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using engineering best practices

If You Are a Person Who Gained

  • 7+ years of backend experience (Go, Java, Rust..)
  • 3+ years of Golang experience
  • experienced in leading big scale projects
  • good understanding and experience in distributed systems infrastructure
  • experience with data engineering – data pipelines, data lakes, stream processing, distributed analytical systems (ClickHouse, Spark, Iceberg, Trino..)
  • highly responsible, taking features from initial requirements through all design and development lifecycles till the feature is well tested and successfully runs in production
  • familiar and following – Design patterns, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI
  • well-experienced with full SW development lifecycle
  • experienced working with microservices and containers
  • passion for distributed systems design and infrastructure
  • a knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • good level of English – written and verbal
  • excellent communication skills, impact-oriented and a can-do approach
