About the Role - As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable systems that serve customers, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of key systems and features — from design through deployment.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers in a transparent, agile environment.
• Refining engineering practices and mentoring fellow developers through code reviews and technical leadership.
• Delivering software using CI/CD pipelines, with a strong eye on performance, stability, and modularity.
• Participating in on-call rotations and improving system observability and resilience.
• Championing a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications - Education details

Required Skills

• 4+ years of backend experience using REST/GraphQL APIs.
• 2+ years of frontend experience with React and SSR (Server Side Rendering).
• Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript across the stack (bonus for C#).
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and distributed system architecture.
• Comfort with relational and NoSQL databases, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, secure coding, testing, and version control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and product-led organizations.
• Passion for clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MobX, component libraries, or design systems.
• Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Contribution to open-source or mentoring experience.
