Senior UX/UI Designer
Sword is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer for an exciting mission with one of our clients. You will be involved in the development of new web interfaces and the redesign of existing applications, all based on a completely new design system.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-friendly and visually appealing frontends, actively contributing to the improvement of user experience (UX). You will work within a dynamic Agile/Scrum development team.
Your responsibilities:
Senior UX/UI Designer
Sword is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer for an exciting mission with one of our clients. You will be involved in the development of new web interfaces and the redesign of existing applications, all based on a completely new design system.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-friendly and visually appealing frontends, actively contributing to the improvement of user experience (UX). You will work within a dynamic Agile/Scrum development team.
Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of a Design System.
- Analyze user experiences, identify needs, and resolve pain points through user testing.
- Propose improvement plans based on test results.
- Coordinate UX initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Translate concepts into navigation structures, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Maintain direct contact with end users and stakeholders.
- Advise colleagues (developers, analysts, etc.) on UX matters.
- Excellent command of English.
- Certifications in User Experience Design & Research, Digital Accessibility, and Scrum.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, including at least 3 major projects (> 1 year).
- Expertise in UX research, design, and UI tools and methods.
- Proficient in Figma. Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, Blender, Cinema4, Axure.
- Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with real-time applications.
