About the Role:

As a Product Manager for Unified Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing APIs, as well as managing the lifecycle of accessories and devices/clients. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strong governance for product management practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• API Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive API strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and design.
• Oversee API development, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor API performance and address any issues.
• Ensure API compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Accessory and Device/Client Lifecycle Management: Define and manage the lifecycle of accessories and devices/clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop new products.
• Oversee product testing, certification, and launch.
• Manage product end-of-life and replacement strategies.
• Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Product Management Governance: Establish and maintain product management processes and best practices.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong understanding of API development and management
• Experience in device and accessory lifecycle management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Unified Communications industry
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies
