Senior Lead Developer

Our client seeks a highly skilled Lead Developer with a strong technical foundation in Golang programming and IT architecture. This hands-on leader will actively contribute to coding and technical solutions, focusing on creating efficient, scalable systems rather than pure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company's tech strategy with a focus on practical implementation and high standards.
• Write clean, efficient code, especially in Golang, to build scalable, high-performance software.
• Optimize cloud (AWS) and real-time data streaming (Kafka) systems.
• Contribute to frontend development, delivering modern, responsive interfaces.
• Architect and maintain a secure IT infrastructure aligned with business needs.
• Provide mentorship, guiding the team through complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to align technology with goals.
• Stay current with tech trends and bring innovative ideas to the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Golang and frontend skills (React, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.).
• Expertise in scalable IT architecture, AWS, and Kafka.
• API development and integration experience.
• Solid grasp of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of hands-on leadership and team mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Lead Engineer or similar in tech-focused environments.
• Background in cloud-native infrastructures, microservices, and containerization.
