Program Manager

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in IT with at least 7 years as Program Manager/Project Manager Role with substantial exposure to US and Europe market. Should have managed one or more different ERPs preferably MS Dynamics/ Infor /JD Edwards with travel to US/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing new implementation and support projects for domestic and US, Europe market.
• Take control of cost and profit targets related to project
• Managing stakeholder expectations and leading project review & steering committee reviews
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the ERP applications - viz. MS Dynamics, Infor, JD Edwards.
• Evaluates customer’s business processes against ERP functionality.
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications
• Conducts acceptance testing
• Trains customer resources to use and maintain applications
• Retention and hiring of project teams

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Knowledge of Implementation Methodology.
• Industry knowledge.
• Systems and user acceptance testing skills.
• Knowledge of project estimation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of over 20 years
• PMP Certification
• B1/B2 visa preferred
