Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager with a strong focus on business development to drive growth within a Segment of our SME Express parcel division. This role involves strategizing, planning, and managing programs aimed at expanding our market share, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing our service offerings. The Program Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve revenue and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement strategic programs to drive business growth in key logistics & SME markets.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and expansion into new regions or service lines.
  • Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.


Program Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to create, launch, and optimize programs that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Define clear program goals, KPIs, and timelines to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Manage programs from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's revenue and growth goals.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to gather feedback and identify potential areas for additional services.


Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Partner with internal teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to design, promote, and deliver value-added solutions.


Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

  • Use data and analytics to track program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare reports on program outcomes, revenue impact, and market expansion, presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain a detailed pipeline of business opportunities and track progress against revenue targets.


Budget Management & ROI Analysis:

  • Oversee program budgets, managing costs to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Regularly assess the ROI of business development initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed to maximize profitability.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities that do not compromise service quality or hinder growth objectives.


Skills:

  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
  • Min 1-2yrs exp in program management, driving projects, cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Additional Details:

  • This is an IC role
  • This is a 6day working role (5days - WFO ; Saturdays - WFH)
